Guest Ratings & Reviews
I stayed in the exotic suite at Hostel Lisboa where I spared no expense for a lavish room. The room was spacious, new, quite big, and super clean. The balcony provided great isolation from the busy street noise. The staff was kind and helpful, but the availability was limited from 9 am to 10:30 pm. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and highlights. The dining options were limited to french fries in the hotel. Overall, the hotel offers a luxurious experience with some limitations in service hours and dining choices.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious for my group of four guests. The location was superb, close to great restaurants and within walking distance to many popular museums. However, I would suggest being cautious about rooms not facing the road.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were not ready upon arrival, but they were clean and modern, recently renovated by the attentive staff. However, I encountered extremely rude and impolite service from a staff member who couldn't speak English or had any manners. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Madrid's attractions, with plenty of dining options nearby.
